Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading publishing company and retailer. Our client is looking for a Creative Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated creative and communication strategies that strengthen brand identity, drive engagement, and support business growth across all channels.

This is a full onsite role based at the Quezon City head office.

Creative Communications Manager

Role Overview

The Creative Communications Manager is responsible for leading the Creative team in producing high-quality content and executing communication strategies aligned with the company's brand identity across all platforms. This role ensures consistent storytelling, strong brand positioning, and impactful communication initiatives that enhance brand equity and customer engagement.

The role also oversees the company's digital marketing programs, ensuring that the online ecosystem is optimized for engagement, conversion, and profitability.

This position works closely with the CMO, Corporate Marketing Manager, Partnerships team, Sales and Marketing teams, business units, and affiliates to ensure cohesive and effective brand communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content Development
  • Lead the conceptualization and production of creative content across digital, print, social media, website, e-commerce, video, and events
  • Oversee multimedia production including photography and videography
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in messaging and visual identity
  • Provide strategic direction on creative execution across marketing initiatives
Campaign Execution
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing and communication campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reports based on agreed KPIs
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns within defined timelines
Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital and social media strategies focused on engagement and conversion
  • Identify target audiences and tailor messaging based on insights and segmentation
  • Manage and maintain a rolling content calendar (at least three months ahead)
  • Stay updated on company initiatives to ensure timely and relevant content
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product teams, and other business units to support campaigns, launches, and promotions
  • Ensure alignment of messaging across divisions, affiliates, and subsidiaries
  • Share insights on customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance with stakeholders
Budget & Resource Management
  • Optimize marketing resources by recommending cost-efficient execution strategies
  • Ensure quality output while maximizing available budgets and assets
Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative direction and messaging
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve content effectiveness
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track and evaluate the performance of communication initiatives, including digital campaigns and events
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Process Optimization & Innovation
  • Recommend improvements in marketing workflows and processes
  • Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and execution
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of creatives including designers, copywriters, and social media specialists
  • Provide clear creative direction and manage external partners or agencies
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing creative environment
Other Duties
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Design, or related field
  • Postgraduate studies or certifications are an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in creative design, marketing communications, or related fields
  • At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Background in FMCG, publishing, advertising, public relations, or creative agencies is highly preferred

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in brand building, storytelling, and integrated marketing communications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
