Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista / Cashier to join Sodexo PH! You'll prepare and serve quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and handle daily cashiering tasks while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages following standard recipes
• Describe menu items, make recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales and payment transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and service counters
• Monitor inventory and report low stock items or product issues
• Follow Sodexo Food Safety, Health, and Hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Attend team meetings, service briefings, and required training sessions

• At least High School Graduate
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Barista and/or Cashier
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and customer service
• Good communication and numerical skills
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and a good team player
• Ability to work under pressure and on shifting schedules
