Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista / Cashier to join Sodexo PH! You'll prepare and serve quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and handle daily cashiering tasks while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages following standard recipes
- Describe menu items, make recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate the POS system accurately for sales and payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and service counters
- Monitor inventory and report low stock items or product issues
- Follow Sodexo Food Safety, Health, and Hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Attend team meetings, service briefings, and required training sessions
- At least High School Graduate
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Barista and/or Cashier
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and customer service
- Good communication and numerical skills
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and a good team player
- Ability to work under pressure and on shifting schedules
