Movate Philippines Inc. is seeking a enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Antipolo City, Rizal office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retail accounts, ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and care
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a customer-centric mindset
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
