EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGER (CEBU)
Location: Hayat Sky Tower, Lahug (Near Citylights)Salary: 25,000 - 50,000/month (depends on experience)
We operate an established restaurant in Cebu and are looking for a strong, experienced Restaurant Manager to take full control of operations.
This role requires hands-on management — staff supervision, daily operations, service quality, and overall performance. We are looking for someone who knows how to run a restaurant properly and maintain high standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a restaurant (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team management
- Solid understanding of operations, service, and sales
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily challenges
- Good English communication skills
Advantage:
- Experience in high-standard restaurants or hotels
- Familiar with the Cebu / Philippines market
- Existing network (staff, suppliers)
