Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, well-documented requirements to support assigned projects. The role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure business objectives are accurately reflected in project deliverables.
- Key responsibilities include the preparation of detailed documentation and support throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
- The Business Analyst shall be responsible for preparing the following deliverables in connection with assigned projects:
- Creation of detailed user stories and corresponding acceptance criteria
- Business Requirements Document (BRD), when applicable
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts
- Knowledge Transfer (KT) documents
- User manuals and training materials
- Assist the Product Owner in the initial development, refinement, and prioritization of the product backlog
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to clarify and refine product backlog items
- Support team members in understanding product backlog items and business requirements
- Define and document business requirements and functional specifications based on stakeholder inputs
- Ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved, and groomed in a timely manner
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, operational readiness activities, and pre-implementation support
- Experience with software and/or product development lifecycles
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
