Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to drive cross-functional programs and support business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, operations, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of strategic projects.
You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear functional requirements, supporting program execution, tracking milestones, managing risks, and improving operational workflows. The role also involves supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) initiatives, contributing to OSS/BSS process transformation, and preparing executive-level presentations and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business analysis activities for cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across programs.
- Support vendor management activities, including delivery tracking, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Assist with GCP-related solution discussions, workflow planning, and coordination with technical teams.
- Create process flows, architecture diagrams, and operating models using tools such as Lucidchart.
- Prepare executive summaries, project updates, presentations, and solution decks for leadership and customer discussions.
- Analyze OSS/BSS and operational processes to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support automation initiatives.
- Drive risk identification, escalation management, and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Technical Program Management, Cloud Support, or a related role.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional projects in technical or business environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Knowledge of project planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise cloud environments.
- Experience with Lucidchart, PowerPoint, or Google Slides for process diagrams and presentations.
- Understanding of OSS/BSS processes, telecom operations, or enterprise workflow systems.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other structured delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or related experience.
