Electronics & Instrumentation Service Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for efficiently performing Testing, Maintenance and Programming of various Electronics Equipment and/or PLC Systems (Programmable Logic Controller Systems) of the company.
• Performs calibration and maintenance of critical “measuring equipment/gauges” according to Work Instructions, Procedures and Policies and as directed by immediate superior.
• Ensures that testing and calibration of critical PMEs (Precision Measuring Equipment) are done on a timely and accurate manner.
• Analyzes Calibration results and determines the approriate action/ recommendation for continuing use or removal of measuring equipment/ gauges from Production.
• Performs troubleshooting, program de-bugging , program back-up/maintenance , set-up, testing and repair of PLC Sytems, HMI (Human Machine Interface) Modules, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) control and other Field devices according to standard maintenance practices
• Ensure all Electronics Equipment and/or PLC Systems are properly maintained, updated and in good operational condition
• Ensures that all data relating to Electronics and Instrumentation/Calibration are accurately recorded, reported, encoded and updated in the specified Maintenance and CalibrationTracking and Recall Database software (CMMS/ Cal Software).

Qualifications:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Technology/Engineering.
• At least two (2) years of Instrumentation and Maintenance work-related experience in a Food Processing and/or Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
• Familiar with ISO9001, HACCP and Food Safety Quality Systems.
• Willing to work at Cabuyao City, Laguna
