Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of diagnostic machines
Respond to service calls and provide technical support to clients
Ensure proper documentation of service reports and maintenance records
Coordinate with clients regarding equipment concerns and servicing schedules
Maintain compliance with safety and technical standards
Assist in equipment testing, commissioning, and user orientation
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fieldExperience in servicing medical imaging equipment is an advantage
Knowledge of diagnostic imaging systems and electronics troubleshooting
Strong technical and analytical skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Willing to travel for field service assignments
Licensed Electronics Engineer is an advantage
At least can drive 4 wheeler
