Key Responsibilities
Consultative Sales: Assist walk-in customers and contractors in selecting tiles and finishing supplies that match their project requirements and budget.Technical Advice: Provide expert product guidance, explaining the differences between materials (e.g., ceramic vs. porcelain) to ensure the right fit for the client.
Relationship Management: Deliver honest information and consistent follow-up to maintain our reputation for reliability.Inventory & Systems: Use internal computer systems to verify stock levels and accurately process customer orders.
Work Schedule & TypeType: Full-time
Shift: 8-hour shifts
Flexibility: Candidates must be available for rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications/Requirements
QualificationsPrevious experience in a sales-focused role. (Essential but not needed)
Proven ability to reach sales targets and close deals.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable using basic retail software and inventory tools.
