What is the job?

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, skilled in internet research, and capable of working independently to provide accurate and high-quality lead data.

• Use AI tools and databases (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Clay) to find target prospects
• Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, job titles)
• Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM tools
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists
• Collaborate with sales and cold calling team to prioritize and refine lead targets
• Stay updated on best practices for B2B lead sourcing and compliance (GDPR/Can-Spam)

• Minimum of one (1) of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, data entry role, lead generation
• Has background in using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms
• Experienced in utilizing tools such as G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail) with basic knowledge of CRM systems
• Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects
