Quality Assurance Officer

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for quality inspection, training support, performance monitoring, and operational coordination across field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final, in-depth inspections of all completed installations.
• Ensure all technician work complies with established standards and protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the daily performance of field technicians and drivers.
• Serve as a backup for installation and repair tasks as needed.
• Conduct technical onboarding and training for newly hired technicians.
• Perform daily inspection and inventory checks of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Handle the processing of barangay permits required for installation activities.
• Facilitate toolbox meetings every other week to reinforce safety and quality standards.
• Support the (TDO) in demonstrating standard installation procedures to new hires.
• Provide backup support for the ticketing process in the repair team.
• Conduct full-day quality assurance and quick response tasks in the field.
• Evaluate job orders completed by installers and determine pass/fail status.

Qualifications:

• High school or College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
• Willing and able to work in the field for extended periods.
• Holder of a professional driver’s license (Codes 1, 2, and 3).
• Capable of driving both manual and automatic L300 vans.
• Must own a motorcycle and be willing to use it for work.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Honest, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Must be open to assignment in Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas City.
