The Role:

With the Email QA, Testing and Editor role, you will be responsible for ensuring email campaigns are well-tested, inbox-ready, and polished for clarity and deliverability.

This includes running inbox placement tests, proofreading, light editing, and troubleshooting formatting or technical issues that affect performance. You may also be assigned additional QA-related responsibilities depending on team priorities.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

• Run inbox placement tests using platforms like GlockApps, Mail Tester, or other tools.
• Check formatting, rendering, and links across various devices and inboxes.
• Proofread and lightly edit emails for clarity, formatting, and tone.
• Identify and help resolve deliverability issues, especially ensuring Gmail inbox (not spam or promotions tab) placement.
• Spot inconsistencies or potential issues in subject lines, headers, copy, and formatting.
• Collaborate with the team to test and improve campaign performance.
• Maintain QA and deliverability logs and dashboards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent English comprehension and grammar
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Information Technology, English, or a related field
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Familiarity with email QA or testing platforms (GMASS, GlockApps, Mail Tester, etc.) preferred but not essential-training will be provided
• Experience in email deliverability, basic technical understanding of SPF/DKIM/DMARC is a bonus
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, etc)
• Experience proofreading, copy editing, or QA in a marketing environment
