Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
Client Engagement Support, in the overall performance of assigned programs, including coordinating the marketing, service, and reporting processes for each program. Handles all operational support tasks of assigned programs.
What You'll Do:
- Provide service and operational support for assigned programs
- Maintain pricing spreadsheets and coordinate with creative/support teams
- Assist with web, art, inventory tasks, and product sample management
- Process orders, update records, and set up online accounts
- Communicate with customers and vendors on orders, substitutions, and delivery
- Prepare reports, track orders, and monitor product availability
- Support senior staff, sales partners, and clients as needed
- Perform clerical duties and ensure deadlines are met
- Adhere to branding guidelines and support department operations
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of college or equivalent skills in math, writing, public speaking, and computer use
- Possess specialized products and industry knowledge
- Strong background in databases and spreadsheets with high computer proficiency.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Experience in customer service, managing relationships, and performing duties related to customer relations, service, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with the team to resolve deviations from budgets or special pricing, adhering to established policies and procedures
- Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Willing to travel and adapt to varied work environments
