Position: Plant Maintenance Supervisor
Area of Assignment: Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our Batching Plant and Crushing Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all plant equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related technical course
- Preferably with at least 2 years of related work experience in Plant Maintenance (Batching Plant or Crushing Plant)
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment and machinery
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Willing to be assigned in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
