Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of plant equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the proper maintenance of the plant’s mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
2. Preferably with at least 2 years of related work experience in plant maintenance
3. Proficiency in planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
5. Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the plant's maintenance operations, ensuring that all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely
2. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and prevent equipment failure
3. Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, ensuring proper execution of tasks and adherence to safety protocols
4. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize production disruptions
5. Monitor and evaluate equipment performance to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
6. Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements
7. Work closely with other departments to coordinate schedules and minimize operational interruptions
