A successful Credit Risk Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related
- 7-10 years in SME/MSME lending, banking, fintech, or credit risk
- Experience leading credit teams and underwriting processes
- Strong skills in cash flow analysis, repayment capacity, and portfolio monitoring
- Exposure to partner-led, channel, or supply chain lending is a plus
- Solid knowledge of PAR, NPL, roll rates, and risk metrics
- Familiar with digital lending tools and data-driven underwriting
- Philippine MSME/SME lending experience is an advantage
