- High School graduate or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is an advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in an outsourced Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Finance BPO environment
- Proven experience working in a client-facing role with the ability to manage professional stakeholder relationships
- Strong account management or client servicing experience within a shared services, BPO, or global services environment
- Experience handling case management systems, ticketing tools, or workflow management platforms
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reporting, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Experience monitoring, measuring, and reporting service delivery performance using SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and broader finance operations
- Experience using Salesforce is highly preferred
- Experience using corporate reporting tools, dashboards, or performance measurement systems
- Familiarity with cloud-based finance systems, ERP platforms, or shared service tools
- Positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused when engaging internal and external stakeholders
Your Daily Tasks
Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with agent finance teams, recruitment staff, and internal stakeholders
- Provide timely updates on payment cycles, commissions, clawbacks, and related enquiries
- Promote adoption of the Varicent self-service platform
- Conduct monthly touchpoint meetings, primarily with Americas-based agents
- Collaborate with marketing, regional offices, finance teams, accounting teams, and performance groups
- Act as subject matter expert on end-to-end commission processes and policies
- Manage and resolve cases for assigned agents with accurate triage and categorization
- Meet or exceed SLAs including First Response, First Time Fix, Mean Time to Resolve, and Keeping in Touch metrics
- Serve as escalation point for assigned agents and manage issues proactively
- Monitor clawbacks, escalate concerns when needed, and keep agents informed
- Prepare monthly reports on SLA performance, self-service adoption, agent satisfaction, and case status
- Identify process gaps and recommend service or system improvements
- Support ongoing enhancement of commission processes and tools
- Consistently meet SLA and KPI targets
- Manage end-to-end commission processing for assigned entities
- Process payments and issue remittance advice to agents
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and operational issues
- Adapt to evolving systems, processes, and additional duties as required
- Work onsite in Makati under flexible shifts
- Be open to occasional weekend work or international travel if required
