Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and documentation
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics as required
  • Support employee engagement, training, and performance management activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR recruitment and administration (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, HR best practices, and labor laws
  • Experience using HR systems, ATS, or recruitment software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Optional)
  • HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI)
  • Experience in payroll, benefits administration, or training coordination
  • Knowledge of local labor regulations
