The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, conducting, evaluating, and continuously improving training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Areas & Objectives
  1. Customer Focus
  • Provide effective training solutions that address employees’ development needs using Kirkpatrick Methodology
  • Support training-related customer service initiatives and organizational goals.
  1. Learning and Growth
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert or facilitator for developmental activities.
  1. Operational Efficiency
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant training programs, including content, materials, and delivery methods.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure employees acquire necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and administer assessments to evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Utilize technology and e-learning platforms to create online training modules and resources.
  • Use VOC and NPS to measure training effectivity
  • Develop e-learning modules to complement blended-learning strategies
  1. Financial Viability
  • Support corporate and departmental financial performance through cost-effective training initiatives.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
  • Minimal exposure to physical risk.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
EXPERIENCE
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in training facilitation and development.
