Learning & Development Advisor (Operations Support)

What You'll Do:

• Serve as L&D subject matter expert, managing workflows and HRIS integration with HR Operations
• Oversee training requests, logistics, and smooth delivery of learning activities
• Handle escalations, identify issues, and recommend solutions
• Maintain and update work instructions and ensure process compliance
• Conduct onboarding and upskill team members while monitoring performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve issues proactively

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate with proven experience in a dedicated Learning & Development role
• Experience with WorkDay (or any LMS tools) and ServiceNow
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for learning
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and strategic thinking
• Organized team player with excellent project management skills and willingness to work rotating shifts

Non-Negotiable Work Setup:

• Hybrid work arrangement: Onsite 3x per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Must be amenable to a rotating work schedule (including early morning, mid, or night shifts)
• Must be willing to work on Philippine holidays
