  • Serves as initial point of person upon arrival of clients at the clinic.
  • Attends to their concerns by greeting, welcoming and assisting them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Properly and formally endorses the patient to the handling Aesthetic therapist or Aesthetic Doctor.
  • Secures and maintains confidential patient records.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming the client in a friendly manner, attends to their concerns and assisting them in a professional way.
  • Answer inquiries about items or treatments and provide details specific services offered
  • Suggest products and services according to the client's requirements, spending capacity, and lifestyle, and suggest a certain good or service.
  • Provide product recommendations and product usage explanations that are tailored to the client's needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Endorse properly client services and concern to designated staff.
  • Answer all incoming calls, inquiries and booking of appointment.
  • Maintaining client relationships through follow-up mail and phone calls.
  • Sending daily after care, booking confirmation and follow ups on every client
  • Answer minor complains and unsatisfactory feedback.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Encode daily clinic sales.
  • Must be knowledgeable about products and services.

Qualifications:

  • With or without receptionist or front desk experience
  • Must be willing to be trained
  • Conversational / Good communication skills
