Orders and Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability to support business needs.
Track inventory movements, stock transfers, returns, and inventory accuracy.
Analyze inventory and order data to support planning and operational decisions.
Prepare regular reports on inventory performance and order fulfillment.
Support the Orders and Inventory and Fulfillment teams to achieve operational goals.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure proper use of inventory and order management systems.
Maintain accurate records and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain and customer service operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, supply chain, or order management operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and order fulfillment processes.
Experience using inventory management software.
Advanced proficiency in Google Docs/Sheet and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
