Inventory Staff
About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Staff to join our team at ESV International Corporation in Tondo, Manila City. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
What you'll be doing- Conduct regular stock takes and audits to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials
- Assist with the storage and organisation of inventory in the warehouse
- Prepare and process inventory-related documentation, such as stock reports and transfer requests
- Support the implementation of inventory control procedures and systems
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise inventory management processes
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a warehousing or inventory control role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in using inventory management software and technology
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with stock control procedures and best practices
