Research and Development Trainee

Job Summary

The R&D Trainee (Engineering) will support the research and development team in designing, testing, and improving products, systems, or processes. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates or students seeking hands-on experience in innovation, prototyping, and technical problem-solving.

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects and prototypes
• Conduct experiments, simulations, and data analysis to support R&D initiatives
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, and design)
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of engineering issues
• Participate in product improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Maintain organized records of experiments, results, and technical findings
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and concept
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
