Parts Sales Executive

Field Sales and Business Development
- Actively scout and visit potential customers (construction sites, logistics hubs, workshops, etc.) within the assigned territory.
- Re-engage with dormant or inactive accounts to restore parts purchasing relationships.
- Identify competitor activities and pricing strategies in the field and report back to management.
- Conduct "Part-in-Hand" demonstrations or technical presentations to highlight product quality and value.
- Negotiate sales contracts and bulk purchase agreements under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
- Identify opportunities for wear parts, fast-moving parts, and preventive maintenance kits.
- Generate new parts sales leads beyond reactive Aftersales requests.
- Prepare, submit, and actively follow up parts quotations.
- Recover lost sales by offering alternatives, substitutions, or lead-time options.
- Achieve assigned parts sales revenue and margin targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Serve as a primary field contact for parts-related requirements.
- Gather and relay customer feedback on pricing, availability, and competitor offerings.
- Support customer retention through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Parts Manager on pricing, availability, margin, and product application.
- Work closely with Service / Aftersales to identify failure trends and preventive parts demand.
- Coordinate with Unit Sales to access installed-base and fleet information.
- Align with Logistics and Branch Operations on delivery schedules and commitments.
- Submit weekly and monthly activity and sales performance reports to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, quotations, sales orders, and lost sales.
- Comply with company policies on pricing, discount authority, and ethical sales practices.
- Escalate operational or customer issues promptly through Operations.
- Authorized to negotiate pricing and offer discounts within the approved discount matrix.
- Pricing beyond authority requires approval from the Operations Manager, in coordination with the Parts Manager.
- No authority to commit stock availability or delivery timelines without warehouse confirmation.
- Accountable for assigned sales targets, margin performance, and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in field sales, preferably in heavy equipment parts, automotive parts, or industrial supplies.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to read parts manuals/schematics, and excellent time management.
- Must have a Driver’s License (know how to drive 4 wheels automatic and manual transmission).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills

- Ability to interpret parts catalogues and technical references
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic CRM or sales tracking tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
