Sales Manager

SALES MANAGER

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not always required)
• Valid real estate license (Broker or Salesperson)

• 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales
• 1–3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in real estate
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with team building, recruiting, and training agents

• Strong leadership and motivational abilities
• Experience coaching or mentoring sales teams
• Capable of creating and executing sales strategies
• Skilled in performance evaluations and holding agents accountable

• Deep understanding of the local real estate market
• Familiarity with laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions
• Knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior

• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Comfortable with listing tools, and property databases
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation platforms
• Familiar with data analysis and sales performance reporting

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of organizational and time management ability
• Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution skills
• Strong customer service orientation
