The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. The role ensures that projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in construction cost management or quantity surveyingKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes
Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracyNegotiation and communication skills
Project management and organizational skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
