About the role
Polystar Manpower Services is seeking an experienced Account Officer to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As an Account Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and accounts of our diverse client base.This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and excellent opportunities for career growth within our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for client accounts
- Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
- Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing financial reports and statements for clients
- Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and addressing their financial concerns
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the accounting processes
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Officer or Accounts Clerk
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
