We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Prep to join our dynamic team. This position comes with service charge.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and portioning ingredients for use in the kitchen
- Assisting the chefs in the preparation of dishes
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting the wider kitchen team as needed
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar prep or support role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
