Multi Skilled Technician

About the role

The Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and technical support across multiple disciplines (electrical, mechanical, civil, and HVAC). The role ensures all facilities and equipment are safe, operational, and maintained in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

What you will be doing

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
• Conduct daily inspections of building systems and report abnormalities

• Ensure continuous operation of critical systems (e.g., power, water, air conditioning)
• Support site operations during emergencies or system failures
• Assist in installations, testing, and commissioning of new equipment

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Sodexo standards
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities

• Respond promptly to service requests and work orders
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
• Provide updates to supervisors and stakeholders on job status

• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and repairs
• Update work orders and asset records in the system
• Assist in inventory tracking of tools and spare parts

• Graduate of Technical/Vocational course (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field)
• TESDA certification is an advantage
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or similar role
• Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, or BPO facilities is preferred
