Job Description

POSITION: FIELD SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repairs and troubleshoot lotto machines in field.
• Test repair lotto machine, modules and equipment for functionality conformance.
• Managing all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes.
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field.
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
• Performs other related duties as may be directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

✅ Male

✅ At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate

✅ With relevant experience as a Service Technician

✅ Must know how to drive 2 or 4 wheeled vehicles
