Responsibilities:
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records (e.g., employment contracts, ID requests)
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute company policies, guidelines, and FAQ documents
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics (e.g., hires per department)
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience using spreadsheets and MS Office tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Willing to work on site in Makati
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm schedule
