Senior Human Resources Officer (Construction Company)
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources management, business administration, public administration and policy, or economics
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or development
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Interpersonal skills: The ability to relate well to others.
- Organization: The ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up
- Problem-solving: The ability to think strategically and tackle problems from multiple angles
