Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch of tires and car accessories.
• Implement and monitor warehouse processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff; ensure adequate staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to ensure proper stock levels and timely delivery.
• Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space and improve workflow.
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and tools.
• Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the warehouse.
• Analyze and improve KPIs related to warehouse productivity, cost control, and delivery performance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in warehouse management, preferably in automotive, tire, or car accessories industries.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control.
• Forklift certification or knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
