Assistant Warehouse Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning and organizing daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in implementing inventory systems and warehouse best practices.
• Monitor the flow of inbound and outbound goods and ensure timely movement to meet sales and distribution needs.
• Troubleshoot delays, shortages, or inventory discrepancies and coordinate quick resolutions.
• Support training, mentoring, and motivating team members for efficiency and workplace harmony.
• Enforce safety rules and promote a positive, collaborative, and respectful working environment.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and regular cycle counts.
• Report variances and support loss prevention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain product quality, packaging accuracy, and order completeness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Highly knowledgeable on Logistics and Warehouse
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse equipment.
• Team-player mindset with leadership potential and who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in computer and other productivity tools
• Knowledgeable in handling and processing of E-commerce fulfillment of Warehouse
• Client oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude dealing with people
