Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist (Digital & Traditional), you'll support mortgage brokers by setting up franchise minisites, social media accounts, and local campaigns. You'll also write SEO content, implement digital marketing strategies, and ensure all onboarding activities align with timelines, brand standards, and service-level expectations.

Work setup: Hybrid (1-3 months: Office 2x/week; 3+ months: Office 1x/week at SM Megatower Ortigas)

The Qualifications We Seek
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, covering both digital and traditional marketing is required
  • Background in working with Australian real estate clients or agencies
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and content creation
  • Excellent English-language copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and skilled in time and project management
  • Effective at managing stakeholders and communicating across teams and levels
  • Able to track actions, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Trello)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, email management, calendar coordination, Google Drive, and PDF tools
  • Strong IT aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Your Daily Tasks
  • Set up and configure franchise minisites, ensuring technical and content elements align with brand standards and meet SLAs
  • Establish and populate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with approved content
  • Execute social media content plans, ensuring timely and consistent posting
  • Write tailored SEO content for franchise minisites to boost visibility and engagement
  • Support Google Business Profile strategies as directed by the Marketing Onboarding Lead
  • Assist in local marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives based on franchisee requests
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for efficient onboarding
  • Draft initial content for national LinkedIn introductions of new brokers
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with brokers on onboarding status
  • Report task completion, escalate issues, and recommend improvements to processes
