  • ASSIST IN MANAGING HEAD CHEF AND OTHER KITCHEN STAFF.
  • ASSISTS WITH MENU PLANNING, INVENTORY, AND MANAGEMENT OF SUPPLIES.
  • ENSURES THAT FOOD IS TOP QUALITY AND THAT KITCHEN IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
  • KEEPS STATIONS CLEAN AND COMPLIES WITH FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • DEGREE IN CULINARY EDUCATION
  • 3YRS+ EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD
  • ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD PROFESSIONAL PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • HIGHLY ORGANIZED
  • STRONG WORK ETHIC
  • GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAILS
