Internal Audit Staff

Jipang Group of Companies is seeking a talented and motivated Internal Audit Staff to join the Audit team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's financial and operational processes adhere to established policies and regulations.

• Conducting regular audits of the company's financial records, internal controls, and operational procedures
• Identifying potential areas of risk and providing recommendations for improvement
• Documenting audit findings and preparing detailed reports for management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing
• Providing support and guidance to other members of the Audit team as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools (Quickbooks)
• Working knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
• Familiarity with hotel industry regulations and best practices
