Delivery Driver

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional or executive driver (preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and navigation apps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
• Ability to lift luggage and assist with errands when required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation & Scheduling

• Safely drive executives to and from meetings, appointments, airports, and other destinations.
• Plan routes in advance, considering traffic, road conditions, and time constraints.
• Manage daily schedules and adjust routes to ensure timely arrivals.

1. Professionalism & Service

• Provide a courteous, discreet, and customer-focused experience at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers, conversations, and business matters.
• Assist executives with luggage, documents, and entry/exit from the vehicle when needed.

1. Vehicle Maintenance & Care

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fueled, and in optimal working condition.
• Conduct routine inspections (tires, fluids, lights, brakes) and schedule regular maintenance.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management.

1. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and security protocols.
• Maintain a spotless driving record and stay updated on defensive driving techniques.
• Handle any security concerns or emergency situations calmly and professionally.
