- Set up machinery based on complex manuals
- Attach loads to hoists and cranes and safely remove them.
- Occasionally, they set up and repair equipment.
- Conducting equipment inspections.
- Following safety protocols.
- Keeping maintenance logs.
- Safely transport loads to construction sites with the use of lifting equipment, such as cranes and hoists.
- Work closely with construction workers and ground operators to complete your daily duties.
- Ability to lift heavy loads, work in heights and stand for long hours
- Coordinate with ground operators and interpret hand and verbal signals.
Qualifications/Requirements
✔ At least High School Graduate or has a Vocational Diploma in operating the cranes or equivalent.✔ Must have TESDA Certificate in Rough Terrain Crane NC II.
✔ Ability to read and understand the load capacity chart.
✔ Ability to differentiate the Gross Capacity and Net Capacity of the lift.
✔ Know the SWL of the crane relative to the radius in order to prevent overloading of the crane.
✔ At least one (1) year of experience.
✔ Preferably License Restriction Codes 1,2,3 & 8✔ Hardworking and motivated person.
✔ Ability to work under pressure.
