Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to proactively engage US accounting firms via outbound calls, showcasing the benefits of offshoring their back-office functions. Your goal: Convert prospects into long-term partners by aligning our services with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to US accounting firm decision-makers (Partners, Operations Managers).
• Present Inspire’s offshoring solutions (staff leasing, process migration, cost-saving models).
• Understand client pain points and tailor pitches to address workflow inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a robust pipeline via CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Stay updated on US accounting trends, compliance, and offshore staffing best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in offshoring, SaaS, or accounting services.
• Skills:
• Fluent English with a neutral accent (US market focus).
• Persuasive communication and active listening.
• Familiarity with US business culture and accounting workflows.
• Tech-savvy (CRM proficiency, Zoom/Teams demos).
• Mindset: Self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
