ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE
JOB DESCRIPTION- Accounts Payable:
- Receives the approved Request for Payment/Petty Cash Replenishment/Reimbursement
- Check completeness of supporting documents
- Update Broker bank details
- Send out emails to Broker as their reference
- Prepares APV – in SAP
- Forward to Accounting Supervisor & Manager the printed APV respectively for approval
- Facilitate approvals from authorized signatories & release to respective agent, broker and realty estate.
- Attend to queries from time to time – Agent, Broker and Real Estate
- Maintain & Update Consolidated Commission & Incentive file
- Filing and Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- File documents and reports.
- Perform such other functions and tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time-to-time.
