NOC Engineer (Permanent WFH)

• Proactively monitor and maintain the health and performance of our clients' network infrastructure
• Quickly identify, diagnose and resolve network-related issues to ensure maximum uptime and availability
• Perform network configuration, optimisation and troubleshooting tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades, changes and new deployments
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, escalating complex issues as needed
• Document processes, solutions and knowledge to maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, trends and industry best practices
• Other assigned duties

• 3+ years of experience as a NOC Engineer or Network Administrator, preferably in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment
• Strong technical expertise in network protocols, technologies and equipment (e.g. TCP/IP, Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, routers, switches)
• Proficient in network monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in a 24/7 on-call or shift-based environment would be an advantage
