We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager / Media Buyer who is not only fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and multi-platform media buying—but also lives and breathes data, CRO, and performance analytics. You’ll lead client campaigns end-to-end, making real-time decisions that impact ROI at scale.

The Role

As our Digital Marketing Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our growth engine. You’ll build, manage, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns while working closely with creative, strategy, and CRO teams. You’ll also own the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and execution to testing, reporting, and ongoing refinement.

This is a role for a strategic executor: someone who can zoom out and develop data-informed strategies, but who also knows how to tweak targeting, bidding, copy, and creative for real-world results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Use performance data and audience insights to iterate rapidly on creatives, copy, landing pages, and funnel optimizations.
  • Develop and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies using tools like VWO, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Unbounce, etc.
  • Build detailed performance reports using platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), AgencyAnalytics, ClickMagic, and data visualization tools.
  • Manage ad budgets of $50k–$500k+/month with a laser focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, tech) to ensure campaigns are aligned and integrated.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing and media buying experience, with proven success managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other social platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, bidding tactics, and media buying principles.
  • Deep proficiency in analytics and attribution tools: Google Analytics, ClickMagic, Data Studio, Looker, AgencyAnalytics, etc.
  • Strong grasp of conversion optimization principles and experience with landing page testing and funnel analysis.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities; able to pivot strategies based on data insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and campaign outcomes clearly.
  • High-level project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with eCommerce brands, SaaS, or DTC products.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Klaviyo, Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Background in growth marketing, performance creative testing, or lifecycle marketing.
