Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper to support a New Zealand–based business. This role involves a combination of general administrative tasks, data entry, social media posting, and basic bookkeeping support for the business and its clients.

You will work closely with the Manager to assist with day-to-day operations, helping ensure the business remains organised, efficient, and running smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must have experience with:

  • General Administrative Support
  • Data Entry
  • Bookkeeping
  • Develop, maintain and update manuals
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Report Management
  • Email Management
  • Calendar Management
  • Project Work
  • Generate Leads and maintain databases
A PLUS if you have experience with: (Preferred but not required)
  • Xero (bookkeeping).
  • Taxation
  • GST preparation and submission.
  • Social Media Management
  • Insightly or similar CRM experience
  • Mailchimp
  • Appointment scheduling (calendar management across time zones).
  • High attention to detail
  • Database experience or familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks while ensuring quality.
  • Ability to create and manage basic process documents.
  • Experience working with Australian/New Zealand employers (preferred).

Team Work

From time to time you may be asked to review and check less qualified and experienced team member’s work. You will be required to work in a team and be willing and able to delegate work when asked to by your Manager

System Requirements:

Desktop/Laptop with at least I5 processor; Windows 10 OS; With at least 8GB Ram; At least 20 MBPS Internet Speed; Working headset and camera
