About the role
Locales is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through the preparation and serving of high-quality cocktails and beverages.This is a full-time role within our dynamic hospitality team.
What you'll be doing- Preparing a wide variety of classic and specialty cocktails to the highest standard
- Providing exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, taking orders and making recommendations
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked and organised bar area at all times
- Following all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Restaurant bar experience preferred to ensure familiarity with food and beverage pairing
- Expert knowledge of a wide range of spirits, cocktails, beers and wine
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Passion for creating unique and innovative cocktail experiences
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- BSBA or any related degree is an advantage
