Job Description

Work Arrangement: This position is categorized as hybrid on nightshift. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week (or other frequency) as dictated by the business.
The Role
The Global Ops Coe in Manila is a developing team about world class delivery, customer support, driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across the enterprise under GM Sales Services and Marketing (SSM) function.
As part of the transition of the MobileService (MS) + team and organizational structure from Retail Innovation to GM Envolve, the MS+ team supports critical operational tasks. As the program continues to grow, the volume of required daily activities continue to grow.
What You’ll Do- Provide operational support to the MobileService+ (MS+) team, including execution of daily tasks, completion of reports, and assistance with key program activities.
- Work on Envolve / Retail Innovation daily operational tasks including RPO Delete Process, Dealer Communication, Email Inbox Monitoring/Triage, Enrollment Report Management, Weekly Updates of Posting Data, and BFU Code Activation
- Run and maintain the reporting environment.
- Maintain production data integrity through data audits. Coordinate the delivery of insights to appropriate teams using new, existing or cura ted data
- Assist in planning and facilitating new employee onboarding activities and departing employee off-boarding activities
- Collaborate with training department at GM Envolve (including other business units like OnStar and GM Energy) to develop and drive adoption plans for new capabilities, releases, and processes.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics/Science, Finance, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, IT or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, processing, operations or and project management
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results
- Automotive Industry background is a plus
- Knowledge in PBI, Knime, Power Automate and other automation tools is preferred
- Demonstrate understanding of databases, queries and reporting tools.
- Highly proficient in oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer software skills, especially Microsoft Office, including familiarity with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are important.
- Embrace data driven & customer insights to inform plans, launches, and iterations
- Strong organizational skills with proven track record of efficiently executing complex projects to completion at a high level of quality
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills required to effectively collaborate, motivate, and facilitate others in group situations
- Desire to work in a complex and evolving environment and to bring an innovative mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up technology environment is essential
