JDE Functional Business Analysts, Mid-Level (For Pooling)
Position Description:
Job Responsibilities- Lead requirement gathering sessions and business process workshops
- Configure JDE modules based on business needs and best practices
- Perform gap analysis and recommend standard vs custom solutions
- Translate requirements into functional specifications
- Handle incident & problem resolution (Level 2/3) with root cause analysis
- Conduct impact analysis for releases, ESUs, and patches
- Plan and coordinate UAT, including defect triage and sign-off
- Provide end-user training, SOPs, and documentation
- Collaborate with technical and CNC teams for deployments
- Act as SME for assigned modules during BAU and projects
- 4–7 years of relevant work experience
- JDE E1 9.x
- Project-based or ERP environments
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
- Job Cost / Cost Control
- Procurement & Inventory
- Manufacturing / Asset Management (if applicable)
- JDE EnterpriseOne functional configuration
- Business process analysis
- Incident & problem resolution (Level 2/3)
- Impact analysis for releases and patches
- UAT coordination
- End user training & documentation
- 3 days a week onsite in McKinley, Taguig
- Mid-shift schedule (EMEA shift)
