About the Role
We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. in Naic Cavite. As a full-time Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of our real estate projects.
What You'll Be Doing- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our real estate offerings
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content
- Manage and update our social media channels and website with engaging and informative content
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, data entry, and project coordination
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences
- Conduct market research and analysis to help inform our marketing decisions
- Assist with event planning and execution, such as open houses and client events
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and information
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and basic graphic design tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
